Personalizing Their Space

Over the years, Bjorn and Sayaka added personal touches to their home that reflected their personality and style. One of their most significant contributions was the beautiful landscaping that enhanced the outdoor space. Additionally, the ample wall space allowed them to proudly display their children's artwork, creating a gallery of cherished memories from their time in Guam.

When Bjorn retired, the family decided it was time for a new adventure. They wanted their children to experience life in Japan, a place rich in culture and heritage. Since they already owned a home in California, renting their Guam home wasn't a practical option. Financially, selling the home made the most sense, and they knew from the start that their time in Guam would likely be temporary.
